Planting Seeds of Awakening - recognizes this powerful time of year for renewing practice, trying on something new, cultivating the part of you which you’re wanting to nurture and grow into. Start where you’re at and be guided step by step into your highest awakened self.

Breath of Life, Cosmic Body: Series Practice 1 and 2
Elemental Pranayama
Yoga Asana and Tai Qi movement:
Tai qi warm ups and Hatha based Restorative Yoga
Acupuncture diagnosis- hero’s journey
Community style TCM classical acupuncture
Mindful Meditation
Theravada mindfulness practices and progressive relaxation

This workshop series blends contemporary mindfulness techniques and traditional Chinese medicine, and yoga disciplines to hone one’s connection to Qi or prana, our life force energy. Develop your Drishti, point of focus or inner vision and body awareness anchoring your consciousness in the observable body. Cultivate your experience of the elements, heal, and elevate the body-mind-sprit connection.

Tap into true nature and cultivate stillness of the mind. Culminate your experience of prana, life-force energy, as it awakens the cosmic body.
