Construction Noise & Disruptions

We strive to keep you informed of our construction activities to the best of our ability so that you can plan your visits accordingly. Because we are operating in an ongoing and variable phase of construction, there will be times when we cannot forecast a specific project. Often this is because we have to respond to a changing construction schedule or rectify an emerging issue. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences and thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue our work to restore Harbin’s full facilities, amenities, and services.

Planned Power Outage: PG&E will be installing new equipment on Harbin property on Sunday April 7th, 2024. This will cause Harbin to lose power from approximately 9am to 4pm. Please note that this is an estimated time frame given to us by PG&E. During this time, the pools that will be open are the Cold Plunge, Hot Plunge, and Warm Pool. We ask that you please check-in at the Front Kiosk as the Reception Office will remain closed during this time. If you have an existing reservation we’ve contacted you via email. If you would like to cancel or alter your reservation, please give us a call at (707)987-2477 ext. 1000.

Construction is ongoing at the Fern Dressing Room and the new Steam Sauna: Please expect construction noise during the weekdays near the pools! The lower dressing room will be open, and foot traffic will be redirected as needed. Thank you for your understanding.

Construction has begun on the Harbin Restaurant near the Events Center. We apologize for the noise and look forward to serving you delicious, nutritious food in Harbin’s new dining room once complete.

Pool and Poolside Maintenance Day (Alligator Day)
Ongoing: Usually first Tuesday of every month
On “Alligator Day” the warm pool is drained around 2AM, allowing us to make repairs and do maintenance on the water purification system. The cold plunge, warm pool and hot plunge are not available for use until they have been filled. Available pools on Alligator Day are Sauna Hot Plunge, Sauna Cold Plunge, Heart Shaped Pool, and Swimming Pool. We use this day to complete other maintenance projects around the pool area, so do expect noise and possible disruption of guest services.
