Harbin Yoga is designed to provide a heart-full space for your expanding and evolving Harbin experience.

 

All classes support you to nurture your deeper understanding of yoga. In class, you’ll have the opportunity to experience yoga as an uplifting practice centered in self-awareness. With this awareness, we’ll explore breath, body, mind, and spirit.

 

We hold the yoga space sacred and safe for all students, supporting whatever arises from the practice in the moment. We invite you to deepen into your personal practice through a diverse selection of yoga styles and instructors.

 

Complimentary classes are offered:
Monday: 10am-12pm, and 5-6:30pm
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10-11:30am, and 5-6:30pm.
Please wear comfortable shorts or pants.
