Bodhi Starwater (AKA BODHI)
After hearing Paul Horn play flute in the Taj Mahal, Bodhi knew, at 15, the Silver Flute would be his lifelong companion. Over the years he has added many instruments to his orchestra, including exotic Flutes from around the world, Conch Shell, Charango, Guitar, Tibetan Bowls, Keyboards, Drums, Rattles, Feathers and many more. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Sonoma State University in California, USA. Working with sound meditation, sound healing and sacred sound journeys for over 40 years, he has studied with Peruvian Sound Healer Tito La Rosa, Jazz great and New Age legend, Paul Horn, Classical and World Music Master, Allaudin Mathieu and many other artists. Around the globe, his music is used in yoga studios, health spas, and health practitioners offices. He has recorded over a dozen albums of original music and his music has had millions of plays on Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music and multiple other streaming sites. Two of his albums have reached the #1 position on the Zone Music international New Age charts.
In 2021 Bodhi created a Sound Healing Temple, the Soundscape Oasis, in Mt. Shasta, California. In 2023 he released his second book, 5 ELEMENTS of SOUND HEALING and is leading workshops in person and around the globe on-line. His first book is called TAO of MUSIC.
