Membership rates are $15 for a 1-month trial, $35 for a full year and $300 for a lifetime.
When booking accommodations on our reservation system:
- One member will select the option to purchase a membership (if not already a member of Harbin Hot Springs). Browse the availability calendar, then select the accommodation of your choice.
- If you are bringing guests, please include the name of the guest who will be staying with you on your invoice.
- Your guest will still be required to purchase a membership prior to your visit, unless you bring them under your lifetime membership. Please purchase additional guest’s membership using the membership link button, or call 707-987-2477 ext. 1010 from 8am-8pm to purchase memberships, or if you are having difficulties with your reservation.
Please note that all memberships are non-refundable.
All lodging reservations or visit pre-check-ins generate a pre-paid deposit for the total amount of your visit, plus any membership charge (generating a membership number for future visits).
A refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This deposit must be secured with a credit or debit card; cash deposits are not accepted.
This deposit may be charged for late check-outs, damage of rooms, tickets, or for additional cleaning fees. Violation of our no drug and alcohol policy will result in a charge.
To change or cancel an online reservation or pre-check-in, call 707-987-2477 (9am-8pm).
Harbin Hot Springs follows a firm 48-hour cancellation policy for all accommodations and passes. If you must cancel or alter your reservation you must do so two-full days before your scheduled arrival, prior to 1:00 pm.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to 1:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date is required to receive a full refund. Cancellations or reservation changes made within this time frame will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged in full.
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice (“no call, no show”) will be charged the full reservation amount, and reservations cannot be modified or rescheduled after the fact.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends or holidays for all room accommodations. This may be considered as Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday, or Sunday-Monday.
Check-In Policy:
You may enter property as early as 7am for accommodations, however, keys will not be given out until 3pm. You may use the facilities until you are granted access to your rented room.
Check-out Policy / Late Check-out Fee:
Harbin Hot Springs follows a firm 11:00 AM checkout time. A late check-out fee of $25.00 will be applied for departures after this time. Departures after 12:00 PM will incur a charge equivalent to one additional night’s stay. Payment of this fee does not guarantee extended use of the room.
Drug/Alcohol Violation Fee:
Harbin Hot Springs is a sober facility and does not allow any sort of mind-altering substance. If evidence of drugs or alcohol are reportedly found in an accommodation, a minimum fee of $75.00 will be charged to the card on file. Any alcoholic beverages found on the property—including those not consumed on-site but disposed of on the premises—will result in a charge. Smoking is not permitted in any accommodations and if odor is present, a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be applied.
Refunds will not be issued in the case of unforeseen weather conditions or power outages.
