Harbin Hot Springs is hiring a friendly, dependable receptionist to check in spa guests, book appointments, process payments, and provide excellent customer service. Applicant must have great customer service skills, ability to take initiative, detail-oriented, and reliable.
The current opening is Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:30 PM–8:30 PM, starting at $17.00 per hour.
Part Time
Rate: from $19 an hour
This position requires the pickup of garbage and recyclables at Harbin property and possibly Harbin owned off properties and dispose them in a dumpster at Harbin Springs. Use of Harbin company vehicles (truck) to load and unload trash. A driver's license is required with a clean insurable DMV record. Hiring will be contingent on being insurable to drive Harbin vehicles.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to mild fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The physical environment is often uneven and may involve access via stairs. This position works both inside and outside and is therefore exposed to the elements and any extreme weather events. This position may also be guest facing at times and a positive attitude and demeanor is encouraged.

Lifting
Employees are required to follow General Safety Rules and practice safe lifting techniques. This position requires doing some heavy lifting at times, from 10-50lbs during certain occasions. Do not attempt to lift by bending forward. Bend your hips and knees to squat down to your load, keep it close to your body, and straighten your legs to lift. Never lift a heavy object above shoulder level. Avoid turning or twisting your body while lifting or holding a heavy object. If you need assistance with a heavy object/item, always ask a coworker for assistance.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position generally requires 1 to 3 hours per shift. 5 days a week, an approximate total of 15 hours per week- Monday through Friday 1pm- 3pm.

Harbin Hot Springs needs 2 Full Time Housekeeping Staff members. The Hot Springs is a nonprofit clothing optional hot spring retreat center located in Middletown, CA. Our hot springs facilities are open to the public 24hrs per day, 7 days per week, year-round, (this includes all holidays).
Currently our facilities consist of 35+ guest rooms and 10 administrative buildings along with many hot spring fed pools. The facilities will grow over time as we rebuild.
Housekeeping Day Shift Job Description
Housekeepers will perform a combination of general cleaning duties to maintain Harbin’s private guest accommodations (rooms) and/or other retreat facilities, such as offices & shared common areas. Duties may include stripping/making beds, replenishing linens, dusting, cleaning room facilities, vacuuming and occasional deep cleaning tasks. They are responsible for emptying trash, cleaning windows, spot cleaning furniture and mopping, as needed. They also may refresh linen supplies upon request of guest or management. This role requires shift work.
