Competency with Microsoft work and Excel is also recommended. The starting wage is $21.00-22.00 per hour based on experience.
Duties would include: Responding to telephone and email correspondence, recruiting, screening, scheduling & conducting various stages of hiring, maintaining employee records, assisting managers and employees in conflict resolution, maintaining employee confidence and confidentially, research HR issues, follow up with workers comp claims with insurance providers and participating in weekly Manager's meetings.

Harbin Hot Springs is looking for a dependable individual to join our Spa Services Staff. The Hot Springs is a nonprofit clothing optional hot spring retreat center located in Middletown, CA. Our hot springs facilities are open to the public (24hrs per day, 7 days per week, year-round, this includes all holidays).
Currently our facilities consist of 35+ guest rooms and 10 administrative buildings along with many hot spring fed pools. The facilities will grow over time as we rebuild.
This job entails working to help check in guests and book reservations for our Spa.

Job description:
The maintenance worker position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine difficulty maintenance and performs related work as assigned. Essential functions include routine maintenance on buildings – interior and exterior, maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due, works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations – takes appropriate actions to ensure safety of themselves and others in building. Skills must include decision making, thoroughness, time management, and customer/client focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Travel will be expected in this position around property, and properties located in town. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts. The employee is also occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites, noise levels may be loud. The employee will be required to be readily available while on-shift to radio and telephone calls. This position is required to be on-call after hours in the case of maintenance issues arising that need immediate attention.
