Basic Services:

Gentle, deep massage of the abdomen to “train” the internal abdominal organs, so they can function in a more efficient manner to enhance physical and emotional well-being.
The focus is to promote the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system, with the goal of enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities. Uses a very light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue network called the fascia. This can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension.
Defined as a calm and soothing massage of the pressure points of the feet. Its basic principle is that the pressure points of the feet correspond to different organs and that through the feet the entire body can be balanced and harmonized.
A form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body.
Includes instruction on maintaining a successful meditation practice. Experience the restorative power of a private Chakra Balancing Sound Bath enhanced with Crystal and Tibetan singing Bowls, Tuning Forks and mantra chants promoting inner harmony of mind body and spirit.
Swedish based massage with a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.
Uses touch and movement to release tension in the body and promote deeper awareness of felt experience. The techniques move beyond the physical level, helping individuals to connect with hidden emotions and experiences.
Long gliding strokes, friction, and kneading movements on the soft tissues of the body. Helps improve circulation and promotes relaxation through soothing your muscles.
Originating about 2000 years ago, acupuncture is Chinese Medicine that promotes general health and disease prevention by adjusting the flow of energy through a person’s bioenergy system. A session begins with a licensed acupuncturist gathering information about the person — through questions, observation, looking at the tongue, and a refined system of pulse diagnosis — to assess the energy in the different meridians. The primary treatment includes the insertion and manipulation of fine needles at specific points on the patient’s body. A session may incorporate other techniques of Oriental Medicine, such as Herbology (prescribing herbal formulas for the patient to take daily for a period of time after the treatment), Moxa (burning herbs to warm the acupuncture points) and cupping (using suction to draw out toxins and move stagnation). Lifestyle and diet recommendations may also be provided. Acupuncture is commonly used for treating pain, digestive problems, menstrual problems, mental/emotional problems, sinus congestion, menopause, healing from injuries and surgeries, and much more. However, acupuncture can be used when there is no “condition” in particular, keeping your energy balanced and flowing to prevent diseases from developing.

Specialty Services:

Massage includes the skilled use of essential oils according to your needs. The oils are gently applied through massage. The benefits can include stimulating the immune system, healing injured tissue, chakra balance and deep relaxation.
Focuses on the balance of energy within the mind and body, while connecting with our own natural vital energies to encourage wellness. This is accomplished through a combination of nurturing touch, guided stretching, supported postures, and rhythmic movements.
Targets chronic tension in muscles that lie below the body’s surface using neuromuscular techniques. Deep muscle techniques involve applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Full body Swedish style massage using smooth, heated stones, usually made of basalt, to provide warmth and relax the muscles. During this massage, your therapist places hot stones on specific points along your body to promote relaxation and relieve tension.
Based on pressure points located across a person’s body. The principle is that a person’s qi flows through meridians of the body and that a therapist can release blockages or imbalances of qi by applying pressure to specific locations along the meridians. • Table Shiatsu combines elements of Deep Tissue & Swedish w/ Shiatsu techniques.
Traditionally takes place on a floor mat, while your practitioner uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation. • Table Thai techniques blend the unique compression and stretching poses of Traditional Thai Massage with the added benefits of Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques.
