Security Guard
From $18/hour - Full Time
Harbin Hot Springs is seeking to hire a security guard to help with our continued expansion. Applicants must have a genuine interest in the field, and be willing to work 24 hours per week to start, that could work into 40 hours per week. The shift will be 2:00 PM-8:00 PM and on occasion, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. All candidates must pass a thorough background check.
Responsibilities:
Observe and report any security risks. Gather information relevant to any security breaches or other crimes. Report all security breaches and other crimes to the proper authorities. Respond to emergency situations as basic first aid knowledge allows. Build rapport with clients in an effort to increase customer satisfaction.
Experience: Customer service 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate for this position would have strong interpersonal skills and boundaries, excellent organizational practices, an ability to provide a compassionate ear and to hold balance between many competing forces. Competency with Microsoft work and Excel is also recommended. The starting wage is $21.00-22.00 per hour based on experience.
Duties would include: Responding to telephone and email correspondence, recruiting, screening, scheduling & conducting various stages of hiring, maintaining employee records, assisting managers and employees in conflict resolution, maintaining employee confidence and confidentially, research HR issues, follow up with workers comp claims with insurance providers and participating in weekly Manager's meetings
Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
Food Services Head Chef

Line Cook
From $17/hour + tips - Part Time
We are currently seeking a Part-Time cook (18-24 hours/week) available evenings and weekends to join our team. Are you passionate about crafting delectable dishes that nourish the body and soul? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our vibrant kitchen team immersed in the heart of a spiritual retreat center.
**Qualifications:** 1. Culinary Passion: An enthusiasm for wholesome and organic ingredients and a desire to spread joy through food. 2. Experience. Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred but will train for the right person. 3. Flexibility: Willingness to work nights from 8pm-2:30 am, weekends and holidays as needed. 4. Team Player: A collaborative spirit, essential for a supportive kitchen culture. 5. Ability to withstand long hours of standing, working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment, and lifting heavy objects (e.g., pots, pans and food supplies). 6. Work includes preparing basic food, cashiering, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and proper Food Handling Cleaning procedures. Applicant must be able to take initiative, be detail- oriented, works well in small spaces, and has cash handling experience.
