Harbin Springs Road is a narrow, curving road with no shoulders and poor visibility. You may suddenly encounter cattle, deer, other wildlife, walkers, joggers or bicyclists, so please drive slowly and carefully.

 

NOTE: Driving through Napa Valley, the Lincoln Ave/CA-29 turnoff is in Calistoga, NOT the Lincoln Ave exit in Napa. Cellular service is often unreliable in Lake County, so your mobile phone may not be the best navigation device. Also, be aware that some onboard navigation systems have led those driving through Cobb onto the unpaved Bogg Mountain Springs fire road. Do not attempt to access Harbin on this road. If you find yourself on an unpaved road on the way to Harbin, turn around.

Area Airports

 

Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the closest commercial airport. Alaska Airlines now offers direct flights from Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, Seattle, and more. Car rentals (approx. one-hour drive to Harbin) are available.

 

Oakland Airport (OAK) and Sacramento Airport (SMF) are both approximately two hours drive from Harbin, with the route from Sacramento via Williams being more rural. San Francisco Airport (SFO) is slightly further away, with the choice of Sonoma County or Napa Valley routes.
