Booking Your Spa Appointment in advance is recommended although you can always stop in the Spa Services office to book. Advance Booking requires a credit card. Please note that Appointment cancellations within 24-hours and No-shows are charged 100%*.

Harbin Spa Services uses the Fresha Booking System for Online Booking.
When you press the Fresha button you will be directed to the Fresha website to select a Modality, Practitioner, Date and Time.
Fresha will send you a link to confirm your Appointment.

Note: we currently have a limited number of Practitioners and Modalities available for Online Booking. We will be expanding soon.
Call Spa Services to book a Modality or Practitioner that are not yet available for Online Booking.

Call Spa Services at 707-987-2477 ext. 2000 to speak to one of our Spa Services receptionists. They will provide you with more information to get you the Appointment that you want. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message with a phone number and a receptionist will call you back.

Since you are at Harbin and enjoying the Retreat Center, stop by the Spa Services Office to book your Appointment!
The Spa Services Office is located near the Reception Office adjacent to our lower parking lot.

If you are already up in the Pools area and want a massage, you can conveniently call Spa Services from the phones by the elevator and book an Appointment with a credit card. 707-987-2477 ext 2000.

• Unconfirmed Appointments may be cancelled by Spa Services.
• Cancellations within 24-hours and No-Shows are charged 100%.
• Changes within 24-hours may not be accommodated.
• You must have a pass or room reservation before booking an Appointment.
• You must arrive at least 45 minutes before your Appointment to first check in at Reception and get a parking pass before going to the Spa Services building.
• Your Appointment must end at least 15 minutes before your parking pass expires.
• You will be charged 100% if you do not follow these instructions and are late or a No Show.
• By confirming your Appointment you agree to these conditions.
